Don't we need to be part of the problem to solve the problem?

Imo genuine revolutionists are a minority, a lot of us are within the system, part of it as well, because we have no genuine choice, this is a real conundrum I've been thinking about lately. In order to set your hand on the system you have to be a part of it, which forces you to be part of the problem in some way or another.
