What are your favorite improv prompts for your world?

Hey everybody, I’m sure we’ve all had those moments where you’re sitting there with a blank slate, and a random idea pops into your head that instantly clicks and inspires you to work out more of your world. Maybe it’s an interesting sentence. Maybe it’s a funny character. Maybe it’s a fascinating region. I’m sure most of us, myself included, have been working on our worlds for years, but will still occasionally have something that totally shakes up our worlds. Something that totally shakes up our world’s lore, making us rethink everything. So what are some of your favorite improv prompts?<br><br>For me personally, I like to use the “This is the last thing [Character] will hear” prompt. I usually use this for my world’s wars, and it really helps me get into the head of various characters by picturing what they’re doing in the moment that they’re about to die.
