AITA for asking my stepkids to pay me rent?

E<br>Background: My dad married my stepmother (34F) when I (20M) was 16, they have 2 kids together (4F, 6M) and my stepmother also has 2 kids of her own (17F, 19M) from a previous relationship who live with us. We live in a 6 bedroom home with a pool etc… I go to the college which is about 1 hour drive from my home, I come back most weekends, my father gave me a car and covers my college tuition for something in the order of about $8000<br><br>My father is very wealthy in the order of a few million, he bought my stepmother a Range Rover and a house in our country in Europe which they go to every other month, they have a housekeeper to do everything around the house.<br><br>My stepmother’s kids are lazy as hell who don’t do a thing around the house, I’m the one who’s forced to change my half-siblings diapers and help with the bare basics, I’m expected to do this for basically free and they don’t think I deserve anything.<br><br>For example, I was refused from buying a new apple watch after my smartwatch stopped working, my half-brother was allowed to buy the exact same one. I’m only allowed to buy my college books every other year (instead of buying new ones every year) as they are too expensive (in the order of 200 USD), I’m always told I’m unappreciative and I don’t deserve anything.<br><br>Just recently I stayed with a friend over the weekend, my stepmother texted me saying that I need to do my laundry at home because the washing machines at my friend’s house aren’t good enough (she installed 2 brand new ones in our house), I came back home to most of my clothes gone including my 2 pairs of boots (which were 300 USD), 3 pairs of shoes, 2 pairs of sneakers (which were 200 USD), my stepmother and half-brother gave my shit away to their friends / family without asking me and were proud of it, they said that they didn’t want to check with me because it would have wasted too much time. I was furious, my dad did nothing.<br><br>Now, my stepmother’s kids (who are 17 and 19) don’t have jobs and I do a part time / work on weekends unless I have exams. Recently I asked my father for more money for a car insurance because I go to university in a different state, my father said he can’t do that, I asked my stepmother for help, she gave me 50 USD and started to give me a lecture that I need to spend my own money that I make and stop asking everyone for money. I’m like wtf, I just came back from a weekend and your kids stole my shit worth of hundreds and now you’re giving me 50 USD and telling me to stop asking for money?<br><br>I’m always being told I need to be more respectful to my stepmother and her kids and stop complaining. So to get back at her and her kids I simply asked my half-siblings to pay me rent money. My stepmother’s kids were furious, she was telling me that I need to be more considerate and respect them more, they have nowhere else to go.<br><br>So AITA for asking my stepmother’s kids to pay me rent money?
