Rape and Sexual Assault now part of shoplifting?

Anyone else aware that rape and sexual assault now legal parts of shoplifting? The law has changed, as of yesterday, it is now legal to rape and sexually assault people while committing the crime of shoplifting. Don't you love it when the government does nice things for us?
