What's the deal with men in anime always getting ARRESTED by women when they do something wrong?

Like literally women jump them to the ground before arresting them. Is this real life?<br><br>I know there's a lot of things in anime that don't exactly correlate to real life but this one seems a bit out of the ordinary.
