How do I help my daughter overcome this?

She’s 14, and she thinks she’s overweight. I hate saying this, but, she’s a little chunky. She’s on the heavier side. But I hate that term. To me, she’s still gorgeous. But honestly, the thing I’m worried about is that she’s torn her way through my supplements. I don’t take them myself, I just buy them for my sister who comes to visit once in a while. They’re all natural, no chemicals in them, but I’m worried because she’s a kid.

The thing is, I know she’s on the heavier side but she’s not fat. And I don’t want to mess with her self image. I can’t tell her she’s fat, but I feel like I need to tell her she’s fine. I’m torn, and I don’t want to mess with her self-esteem. How would I go about this?

I love her to death, and I want her to know she’s beautiful no matter what. But she’s 14, and I want to make sure she gets her facts right.
