Let women live their own lives because they’re going to do that anyway

I was visiting my mom and sister this weekend. My sister came up in conversation and my mom was saying she wishes my sister would do this and stop doing that and do more of this and that sort of thing. My sister is 27 years old. My mom used to do this when my sister was 20, 18, 15 and even younger than that. <br><br>My mom also wishes I did this, and not that, and sometimes my dad says this. <br><br>I said to my mom, “Let women live their own lives because they’re going to do that anyway.” <br><br>My mom went quiet. My dad said, “Well, she looks worried.” <br><br>I dont know if my mom took my advice or not.
