This idea is not new in certain industries, especially in the film production industry, where a person can be blacklisted for not showing up to the set on time, etc. This blacklist is shared between producers, and I was surprised to find out that there is no similar service for regular people.

I would like to propose the idea of creating a blacklist that any person can access and report their horrible customer experiences caused by an individual employee, and share this information with others.

The purpose of this app is to warn potential customers (and their families) about the horrible service they may get from a specific employee at a business.

Here's a more detailed explanation of how this app could work:

1. **User Sign-up**: Users would create an account with their email address, username, and city.

2. **Business Listing**: The app would need a huge database of businesses. This can be done by scraping Google Maps, and other review websites like Yelp.

3. **Employee Submission**: The users submit details of which employee treated them horrible along with a description of what happened. This will be submitted to the black list. (this can be done by scanning a QR code at the store, or searching for the business name)

4. **Flagging and Verification**: To prevent any abuse or fake reports, the app would require a certain number of other users to flag the same employee and describe a similar horrible experience before the employee is added to the blacklist.

5. **Search Functionality**: The search feature would allow users to search for businesses in their area and view a list of employees who have been blacklisted. This list would be sorted by relevance and would show the employee's name, position, and the number of flags they have received. The user could click on an employee's name to view more details about their horrible behavior.

6. **Filter Options**: The app would offer filter options to narrow down search results based on categories like "racist employees", "sexist employees", "transphobic employees", "homophobic employees", etc.

7. **Notifications**: If a user searches for a business and an employee is blacklisted, they would receive a notification warning them about the horrible service they may receive from that employee.

8. **Reporting**: Users can report any inaccurate or unfair blacklisting. If multiple users report an employee, the system can automatically remove the employee from the blacklist.

9. **Web App**: The app would have a web version, so people can easily access the blacklist from their desktop.

**Idea Value**: It is difficult to estimate the value of this idea, but here are some numbers from a similar service:

Film and television productions pay between $20 and $100 per production to subscribe to one of these services for a 6-month to 1-year duration. With thousands of productions shooting every year, the blacklist service can earn revenue ranging from $800,000 to $6 million annually.

If this app were to offer a freemium model with in app purchases, like Yelp, and charge businesses to improve their employees' horrible behavior, subscription fees could be as low as $2 per month for regular users and as high as $1000 per month for businesses depending on their size.

Please let me know what you think about this idea, and add or modify any features as you see fit.
