Bastards from China and Pakistan getting legitimate Indian citizenships

I was talking to my teacher and he was telling how China and Pakistan keep sending legitimate Indians to jail for no reason and just because they don't carry their birth certificate. However, the Indian Government doesn't say anything and still gives them free rein to do whatever they want. What the hell is going on right now? We are a democracy for god sakes. Why is this government so lame? This is insane. I don't even know how to begin with this right now.
