App for finding people to play chess with IRL

A mobile app, where you can match and be matched with people to play chess with, there would be a ranking system for each person who sets up their profile, everyone is on a map but you could also have the option to view people as a list. It's really easy to find people to play with online, but I think it would be more fun to go and play an actual person.
