A young man once came to see me. He was depressed. He had lost all his will to live. I tried every trick in the book to get him to cheer up. Finally, as a last resort, I said, "If all else fails, you can always watch the video of a man getting his balls cut off."<br><br>The kid paused, and for the first time that day, cracked a smile.
