I don't understand the point of this sub

Yeah, I'll admit that I'm a Stalinist but does anyone really think they're making a difference by posting "the Left is worse than the Right" in every comment? It's more annoying than anything. I just see Right-Wing propaganda on this sub posted by people who don't really have anything better to do than just be.........angry. So, can someone explain to me why this sub exists?
