AITA for making my sister pay rent after she and her boyfriend suddenly moved in?

I (28f) recently got back from a trip to realize my sister (30f) and her boyfriend had suddenly moved into my house. Her boyfriend got suddenly fired from his job because he's a drinker and was coming to work late/under the influence. Then, their landlord started evicting everyone because he wants to renovate the property and sell it so my sister was given a short notice to vacate the premises.

She said she wants to save money so when I asked for rent she said she doesn't have any savings left or much income. But apparently she has money to go out to dine every day and have a wine/cocktails almost every night. I want to point out she does make some money and her situation isn't as bad as she makes it seem. I was very lenient about rent, I only charged her $300/month which was way below the actual rent. It's a big house but now my gas/ wood/ electricity bill skyrocketed. I told her to find a job for her boyfriend or find a better paying job but she has barely done anything.

I also told her to help out more in the house because they were living for free at one point but even now she only does her laundry and hers things and doesn't lift a finger. She was really mad at me for asking for rent because she said she's family and needs my help but I'm also human and I've been dealing with the consequences by myself. AITA?
