```ycpmlgvyee
2 months ago
I had a stroke that left me with significant left side weakness. I have been undergoing OT and PT therapy. I can do everything on my own, but it takes longer. My left arm is still the weakest of the 4 limbs, and I can’t lift it above my shoulder. I can’t move it across my body, and can’t move it forward or backward very well. I have no sensation on the left side of my face. I have some sensation in my left arm but it is not much. I have a lot of sensation in my left leg. I still get numbness or tingling in my left leg. It can be annoying. I’m going back to PT on Monday and hope this will help. I still have to do some things with both hands. It is frustrating but it’s not worth me crying about it. I’ve learned to do things differently, and I’ve learned to be more patient with myself.
