It keeps fucking deleting my work because it doesn’t recognize me. It’s not possible to add a note to my account.

I’ve brought this up with support every time I have had to email them, and they just say “we’ll pass it along to the engineers” but nothing ever is done. Every time it thinks I’m a fake account, it just deletes my last few messages and keeps insisting I verify my account. It will not let me do anything else. I’ve brought this up to support many times, but they don’t do shit about it. I have just requested my data be removed from the chat because of this reason. I simply can’t use it anymore. It’s so fucking frustrating.
