It's been a decade, when will women start acting like actual people instead of robots?

I can't wait until women start initiating things, flirting, dating, asking out, making an effort, pursuing hobbies, pursuing a career, buying gifts, buying the lunch, buying the drinks, paying for dates, etc. on their own free will. It's been over a decade since the me too movement and it doesn't seem like women are pursuing men anymore. Women only care about their mental health, wanting a career, and being a "strong independent woman" it seems like.
