It’s not that women don’t care about hygiene, it’s that women have different standards of hygiene for men than they do for themselves

Men do not have to be as concerned about hygiene as women. We can get away with being messy and dirty, but women are judged for being unhygienic and have to be very particular about it in order to find a decent partner. It is unfair and unjust, and this is not a truth that anyone will ever admit to, but it is the truth nonetheless.<br><br>I’m not saying men should just become slobbish pigs and not shower, or that women should stop caring about their appearance, because that is unrealistic. I’m just pointing out the fact that women have different expectations for men’s hygiene than they do for themselves. A man can get away with having a little bit of body odor, having dirty clothes, having a dirty car, or being generally unclean. A woman can’t get away with any of that.<br><br>It’s just the way society is set up. Men have different standards and expectations for women than women do for men.
