A woman with major crippling, debilitating, incurable chronic illness/deformities. I'd rather be an incel than a genderfluid scumbag (by which I mean I'd rather be a homo sapien) or otherkin. I'd rather be an incel than a black dude in America. I'd rather be an incel than an ugly, nerdy woman getting groomed by incels. I'd rather be an incel than a non-binary/non-gendered person (by which, again, I mean I'd rather be a human). I'd rather be an incel than a low status man with no real problems. I'd rather be an incel than a white genderfluid.
