How did the Korean military invade the city of Hongju in 1599 and break through the walls when they had no artillery?

The Korean military invaded the city of Hongju and broke through the walls during the Imjin War despite having no artillery.<br><br>I've searched a lot but I can't find anywhere how they got in.
