Am I the only one who is tired of "Off the beaten path" tourism?

Hello, I'm a resident of the country of Georgia (the one on the sea). I see that the flow of tourists is growing very seriously, which is good for our economy, but I am often annoyed by those "off the beaten path" tourists. (I'm not talking about backpackers, either, as they're great.)

For example, you'll see articles like "Top 10 cities that are worth visiting and that absolutely no tourist has ever been to". "Off the beaten path" tourism is just as bad as "well beaten path" tourism. Every tourist is the same. And the fact that someone posts on Instagram that they visit the least touristy place in Asia or Europe doesn't make them any different from the millions of tourists who visit Paris, Barcelona or Bangkok.

Even though I love my town, I've come to the realization that for me, a trip from my town to Barcelona is the same as for a foreigner in Barcelona who visits my town. And that makes me laugh inside.

I've traveled to many countries, and the only thing I can say is, every tourist is the same.
