While community members may offer recommendations based on popular opinions or generic lists, these recommendations do not always align with individual tastes.<br><br>For instance, if someone requests suggestions for psychological anime, the community may suggest titles like "Death Note" or "Tokyo Ghoul," which, while popular, may not appeal to everyone.<br><br>Moreover, when you ask for more specific recommendations, such as "psychological anime, but not like Death Note or Tokyo Ghoul," the community frequently struggles to provide more targeted suggestions.<br><br>Many people in these communities rely on lists and genres to make recommendations, which can lead to repetitive and unhelpful suggestions. Few people take the time to ask follow-up questions and engage in in-depth discussions to better comprehend individual tastes and preferences.<br><br>As a result, I've come to realise that relying solely on community recommendations can be ineffective and that exploring anime through other means, such as streaming platforms or word of mouth, can be more successful in discovering new titles that cater to one's tastes.<br><br>So, what are your thoughts on these communities?
