I think this app can help people with insomnia, or people who can't sleep because they are in a new place like a hotel.
So the main purpose of the app is to help you fall asleep.#####The first tab is a "white noise" type of thing so you can pick what it is you want to hear (rain, thunderstorm, ocean waves, etc).

The second tab is a guided meditation tab. With this you can pick the voice (you can record yourself if you want to), so you can pick what it is you want to focus on (your breathing, a flower, a wave at the ocean) and you can also pick how long you want the guided meditation to be.

The third tab is where you can choose a combination of white noise and guided meditation.

I think you can also choose to make it so that you can choose a "story" to fall asleep to. So, it could be a soothing voice telling you a story. "You are in a field of flowers, the sun is shining down on you, and the birds are chirping" I think there should be a lot of different types of scenarios like that (beach, forest, etc).

The one thing about this app that I want to focus on the most is the teaching you to fall asleep in a different environment. For me, I can't sleep if the conditions aren't perfect. The room needs to be dark, it needs to be quiet, and it needs to be cold (and if you tell me all those things are met then I will tell you that I can feel "something" that is keeping me from sleeping).
So, that "something" can be a big problem for some people.#####The way this app would help to get rid of that "something" is by getting you to fall asleep in so many different environments that eventually you won't have any problem falling asleep.
So you can look through the app library of different rooms and then pick which one you want to "practice" (for lack of a better term) falling asleep in. "This is the room I am going to be in on Friday night, I want to practice falling asleep in that room so I can do it tomorrow night". Once you pick the room, you can hear what it sounds like.
So if it's a hotel room, you can hear a tv in the next room, or people talking in the hallway, or cars driving by, or the refrigerator in the room humming, or a hotel elevator running up and down all night, or whatever else it is that bothers you about a new place.
Or "this is the room I will be in tomorrow night, but I want to practice falling asleep in this room with construction going on just outside the window, with dogs barking, with the neighbors playing their music loudly, with a rain storm outside, etc" I think there are a lot of different variables you can add to a "room" to make it hard to sleep there.
So you can "practice" falling asleep in that room in the app, and then when you are actually in the room, it will be much easier to fall asleep. I also think there should be some kind of progression system like "You have practiced falling asleep in 50 different rooms" so you can see your progress.
Or maybe instead of rooms, you can "practice" falling asleep in different situations like "You are laying on a deflated air mattress on the floor in your friends bedroom" or something like that.
Or maybe instead of an air mattress, you can choose "You are in a sleeping bag on the floor" or "You are on a couch" or something like that.

I think this app would be very helpful for a lot of people and like I said it would be good for people with insomnia, or people who travel a lot, or people who can't fall asleep in new environments, so like the people on the road, etc.

I think there should also be an option to record your own room for the library so that other people can hear what it is like and practice falling asleep in your room before they have to.

I think this app should be on desktop and mobile.
