I have spent the last 3 days exploring Bali, FOMO is bullshit.

I just got back from the 3 day trip to Bali and I am not feeling FOMO, I really felt "I am done" and do not want to come back. I am originally from Indonesia so I have Bali FOMO, I feel that I have to explore Bali at least once per year, but after my recent trip, I am done. <br><br>Bali has 10 districts, Badung, Bangli, Buleleng, Gianyar, Jembrana, Karangasem, Klungkung, Tabanan, Bandung and Denpasar. So far, I have been in 5 of 10 districts. <br><br>I live in Eastern Indonesia, Surabaya to Bali would be around 30 minutes flight. I had the opportunity to get a free flight ticket to Bali so I went to Bali for 3 days.<br><br>I have spent the night in Ubud, Buleleng and Kuta. I FOMO about Canggu because I did not visit there. I FOMO to visit Ubud farmers market, I FOMO to visit Neka art museum, I FOMO to visit Komune because they have mini market with local brands. I FOMO to visit Nunggal water fall because I need to hike for 1.2kms along the rice field, I am sure its very beautiful rice field. I FOMO to visit broken bridge because it is 235 steps down from the cliff. I FOMO to visit Balian beach because it is another black sand beach. I FOMO to visit Puku Maruti art center because I FOMO of the elephant there. I FOMO to visit Kedungu beach because I heard they have a mini market consists of locals selling their goods. I FOMO to visit Alas Kedaton because I FOMO of their sacred forest with thousands of monkeys. I FOMO to visit Uluwatu temple. I FOMO to visit Komune. I FOMO to visit Ahimsa because it is mini market with local brands. I FOMO to visit Treeloading because it is "a living space concept" and it has a mini market inside. I FOMO to visit Campuhan ridge walk because I have not done this before. I FOMO to visit Ulekan because I FOMO FOMO FOMO, I am so done. <br><br>I FOMO to visit Ubud food festival but it was FOMO because I did not check the date of the festival. I FOMO to visit Ubud jazz festival but it was FOMO because I did not check the date of the festival. I FOMO to visit Alas Kedaton festival because it was FOMO because I did not check the date of the festival. I FOMO to visit Lovina festival because it was FOMO because I did not check the date of the festival. I FOMO to visit Uluwatu festival because it was FOMO because I did not check the date of the festival. I FOMO to visit Bedugul festival because it was FOMO because I did not check the date of the festival. I FOMO to visit Nusa Dua festival because it was FOMO because I did not check the date of the festival. I FOMO to visit Kedungu festival because it was FOMO because I did not check the date of the festival. I FOMO to visit Klungkung festival because it was FOMO because I did not check the date of the festival. I FOMO to visit Karangasem festival because it was FOMO because I did not check the date of the festival. I FOMO to visit Bali festival because it was FOMO because I did not check the date of the festival. I FOMO to visit Buleleng festival because it was FOMO because I did not check the date of the festival. I FOMO to visit Badung festival because it was FOMO because I did not check the date of the festival. I FOMO to visit Bangli festival because it was FOMO because I did not check the date of the festival. I FOMO to visit Gianyar festival because it was FOMO because I did not check the date of the festival. I FOMO to visit Jembrana festival because it was FOMO because I did not check the date of the festival. I FOMO to visit Tabanan festival because it was FOMO because I did not check the date of the festival. I FOMO to visit Bandung festival because it was FOMO because I did not check the date of the festival. I FOMO to visit Denpasar festival because it was FOMO because I did not check the date of the festival. I FOMO to visit Lovina jazz festival because it was FOMO because I did not check the date of the festival. FOMO FOMO FOMO, I just got back and I am done.<br><br>I also FOMO about the fallowing activity:<br>1. Snowboarding. I have not done this because I am a tropical islander. I do not know how to find snow and I do not know how to do the tricks. I FOMO to FOMO FOMO, I am sorry but snowboarding is not for me.<br>2. Bungee jumping. I FOMO to do this because it is not for me. I FOMO FOMO FOMO, I am sorry but bungee jumping is not for me. <br>3. Surfing. My sister is a surfer and I FOMO to try surfing because I am not a sporty person. I FOMO to surf in Bali because it is the best island to surf. I FOMO FOMO FOMO, I am sorry but surfing is not for me.<br><br>Overall, I am done with Bali and I do not want to come back. I FOMO to come back and I FOMO to spend my dollars in Bali. FOMO FOMO FOMO, I am just done.<br><br>Edit: I tried to explore the island but it was raining so I just stayed at my hostel to watch danmachi. <br><br>Story behind my post:<br><br>I am originally from Indonesia and I live in Surabaya. Surabaya to Bali is only 30 minutes flight. In Indonesia, we have "no refund, no change, no cancel" policy so I had to visit Bali. <br><br>Originally, I was really excited but I was so disappointed after my visit. I got really sick because of the fallowing reasons:<br><br>1. The weather, it was raining the whole time. I was stuck in the hostel the whole time.<br><br>2. The food, I got sick because of food poisoning. I was so sick that I puked for the whole day and I had fever. I had to take medicine for one week.<br><br>3. The vibe, I FOMO because I did not do enough and I missed out on everything. I FOMO because I did not visit FOMO FOMO FOMO.<br><br>I was feeling relieved because I did not have to experience this again and I do not have to visit Bali again.
