I canceled my wedding after finding out my groom cheated and I’m looking for my dream wedding dress the day after.

I had the love of my life propose to me 3 years ago. We had a 3 year engagement with the wedding planning process. I grew up with this man, he’s my best friend. I got pregnant right before COVID19 and had our beautiful daughter a few months before COVID19. Babies are resilient and my little one was so tough. I had taken a year off of work and went back when my baby was a year old. We were set to get married last year and we postponed because of COVID. We rescheduled and after a long engagement got married last Saturday. The rehearsal was nice and the the night went well. The next day I got my hair and makeup done and went to the venue. Everything was nice and perfectly the way I envisioned until I got to the back to change into my dress. My husband (now ex-husband) was in the bathroom. When he came out he had a smug look on his face and I asked him what was wrong with him. He immediately broke down crying and said he was sorry. I asked him what he was sorry for. He said he did something horrible. He told me he slept with a coworker and she got pregnant. I was livid. So I took my best friends car and drove home and called everything off. The catering, venue, photos, flowers, everything. I woke up this morning and went to the store and purchased a strapless mermaid seafoam green dress. Perfect dress. Perfect memory. To new beginnings.
