How can you tell if you have sexsomnia?

I'm 20m and I've been reading about sexsomnia. People with sexsomnia have sex or try to have sex while sleeping. I've had sex in my sleep before but I never knew about sexsomnia. I wanna check if I have this condition but I don't know how. Also, how common is this, is this something you can go to therapy for? Any comments would help.<br><br>Edit: This is my first time posting something about sleep sex. I never posted this before.
