Is being 25 and still a virgin a big deal for women?

I'm 25 and I've never had sex. I've hooked up with girls but never gone all the way. I'm not religious just extremely particular and I also have fear of rushing into sex then catching something. I've been seeing this girl and I really like her and I was thinking of telling her my story but I don't know if she'll see me as immature or innocent or if she'll even care?<br> The thing is I don't know what "normal" is for this situation as women tend to be more secretive about this kinda thing.<br> Tldr I'm a 25 y/o male virgin, is that embarrassing?<br><br> Edit: Thanks for the answers everyone.
