She's trying to do keto, but she loves carbs and has trouble giving them up. She also has PCOS, which is weighing on her, and she desperately wants to lose the weight. I've been trying to help her get rid of carbs, but it's hard for her because she's used to having rice and pasta with every meal. It's hard to come up with keto alternatives that she likes. I know the diet takes time, but she gets frustrated when she doesn't see immediate weight loss and gives up. That's why I want to try alternatives to carbs that she'll enjoy, but I'm out of ideas. What are some keto alternatives to carbs that she might enjoy? I'll do my best to make them as healthy as possible.
