Is it wrong or unethical for a Christian to marry someone who doesn't believe in God?

So I am in a relationship with someone and I'm having feelings of guilt. I attracted someone who doesn't believe in God. I have prayed for months for a spouse and finally I met a beautiful woman and things are going great. She is Catholic but is an atheist. She doesn't believe in God but was christened as a child. I'm a Christian and I feel guilty because I'm in a relationship with someone who doesn't love God. I feel like I'm committing a sin or doing something wrong. She is beautiful and it's been two months.
