My dad has 2 weeks off and is planning to fly from Tenerife to Houston and then Houston to Reykjavik. What the fuck is his problem?

My dad (49F) and husband (31M) has two weeks off between Christmas and New Year's and has booked two flights, one from Tenerife to Houston (16h) and then a few days later from Houston to Reykjavik (7.5h). I will be flying with him from Tenerife to Houston, but my flight home is Houston to London, as I don't want to risk being stranded somewhere mid journey and missing work. <br><br>I know my dad has previously been on Tenerife to Lima and Tenerife to Bangkok with 2 layovers. But Tenerife to Houston is 16 hours straight with layovers, then another 7.5 hour flight days after. fucking hell, he's going to be exhausted after all this. <br><br>I do hope the flights are comfortable, as he will never fly economy ever, no matter how much I try to get him to stop being so extra.
