What’s the real reason why Israelis are fleeing their country?

I hear a lot from both sides about whether or not Israelis have lost faith in their country and are migrating. I’ve heard Israelis lost their faith and even people saying they’re just moving out to get away from the violence. I want to hear from a real Israeli.
