Women who speak about feminism and equality should be tested and held accountable to walk the walk; let's test them.

I am an 18yro girl, I will be going into uni next year. I still don't understand feminism or have a complete idea of what it even is. Maybe I am just blind to what women face on a daily basis. but I am just trying to pop this idea into your heads and I am not here to offend but my idea stems from the fact from these "feminist" women running businesses who speak about equality but when it comes to their businesses and hiring staff they hire women over men don't they? because they are more capable at doing 'girly' jobs such as customer service- guess what when women run businesses it is more likely to hire more female workers, why? because they are women, they understand their struggles, they understand on an 'empathetic' level, but that is just a lot of bull and most businesses do hire more female workers and only a select few stick to their word and have a fair proportion of men and women workers. so let's test them on their equality and more importantly equality in the work place, test their businesses and test their hiring and firing processes.
