I don't put cream cheese on my bagels like a normal person. I put the bagel in the toaster, toast it, take out the bagel and put butter on it, then put a slice of cream cheese on top of the butter, then place the other slice of the bagel on top of the cream cheese, and put it in the microwave for 10 seconds. Doesn't melt the cream cheese but makes it warm and gooey. Tastes amazing. I feel like a monster.<br><br>Edit: Wow this blew up. My work friends told me to post it and I didn't think it would go anywhere. You guys are amazing. All of the awards are greatly appreciated! If you're wondering, I use scallion and onion cream cheese.
