I have $1,500 and I need to escape for a weekend. What are my options?

So, I live in Northern California (let's assume I start in Sacramento) and I need to get out for a weekend. I have a little money to spend and I am willing to drive. <br><br>I have done Napa, Reno, Yosemite, Lake Tahoe, San Francisco, Monterey, Sonoma, Mendocino....what else is within a couple hours drive? I enjoy camping, fishing, breweries, and just being in the mountains.<br><br>I'll add that I have a car and a tent, so that can be factored in. I am looking for a three day weekend.<br><br>EDIT: Wow, you guys are awesome. I've added about 20 places and have narrowed down my options:<br><br>Crater Lake, Mt. Shasta, Santa Cruz (each about 4 hours away) and then all of the options suggested in the mountains within a couple of hours. I also have some plans with some friends which might be fun too.<br><br>Thanks again for the suggestions.
