I had a dream about something that happened in real life days after the dream occurred

I was aware I was dreaming that I broke into a house. I felt a tingle sensation and then woke up. Then days after I was meeting this girl I was seeing for the first time. I was at the front door; she didn’t answer. I felt a tingle sensation that was like the one from the dream and then the door cracked open and she let me in. Same situation. Same feeling. What does it mean?
