100% PM'd Offers

We DO NOT allow 100% Pm'd offers. Someone can offer $100 in a message and then claim that you agreed to it. Then they can dispute it after and lose you some rep, or even worse, your PayPal account. We want to make sure that we have proof that you agree on a price. So if you offer something that is not listed, please please please post it in the comment section. Thank you guys.
