I believe soda should be illegal, but that’s not a very fleshed out argument. I think the first step you should take to improve your health is to stop drinking soda: it’s high in calories, can lead to a variety of health problems, and is bad for your teeth. I know a lot of people drink soda, and cutting it out entirely can be a big change. So if you are going to continue to drink soda, I think you should switch to diet soda. I know some people who drink diet soda but prefer the taste of soda.

This may seem really obvious, but I am currently shadowing a doctor and the first patient I met was a 40 year old man with a history of heart problems. He took a genetic test to find out how he should eat to maximize his health. His results said that he should avoid fatty foods, sugary foods, and soda. He told me that he doesn’t really eat fatty foods and he doesn’t really eat sugary foods, but drinks a two liter of soda every day. I told him I thought soda was bad for your health, and he laughed and told me that he only drank diet soda: he thought that diet in diet soda meant that it was a soda for diets. He now drinks a two liter of diet soda every day.

I understand that this is a pretty extreme example, but I think that it highlights an important point: some people drink soda because they like soda, other people drink soda because they think it is healthy. I don’t know which is worse.

I know a lot of people who drink soda but not diet soda. There is a common myth that artificial sweeteners like aspartame will help you put on weight and can lead to a variety of health problems, but the evidence is mixed. I’ve heard a lot of anecdotal evidence on both sides, and a ton of studies that have reached different conclusions.

I think that it is pretty obvious that soda is much worse for you than diet soda, and I think that it is pretty obvious that diet soda is much worse for you than water. This is a pretty low effort/ high reward way to improve your health. Drinking a two liter of soda per day is terrible for you. Drinking a two liter of diet soda per day is not great for you. Drinking a two liter of water per day is fine.

Edit: Thanks for the gold, anonymous. It’s greatly appreciated.
