As a manager here is why you never get caught

You never get caught because no one cares or believes me. If I catch you I have to get a manager to look at the footage to verify and then get 2 more to help me push you to LP. Most of the time people don't care or just take my word for it but then we need to shove it down the throat of the managers who just stand by the door and pretend they are LP. I've been to LP training sessions where the managers who are supposed to be the "LP" don't even show up. It's a joke. If I care enough to get you on camera there's a good chance the lazy managers will shrug it off and then I'll just get shit on for wasting LPs time. Sorry not sorry.
