For real though, did Pajeet just go insane?

I don't know what the guy's deal is but the dude keeps acting more and more insane. People who know him have even said that he is insane. He makes threads over the most minor things he does and has huge ego trips over nothing. He even went to school on the 4chan bus and didn't tell people about it because he was afraid of jealous anons. I don't want to speculate but i'm worried for his health and sanity.
