How would magic work in a world without a "human sense of time"?

This is a concept I've been expanding on, in my world there is no intrinsic value to the unit of time. That is to say that there is ultimately no inherent value in one second as compared to an hour, or an hour in comparison to a year.

How would Magic work in a world with such a concept?

**The Answer:**

What I ultimately found was that magic would likely be completely "sounded" by the fact that there is no sense of time. The idea of magic is that there is a cost, it's some form of action or set of actions that you perform to create a specific outcome, but in a world without a sense of time, there is no value to the cost of magicking, nor is there any value in the outcome. Ultimately, there is no value in anything in such a world.

The idea of progressive time in other worlds influences the "worth" of magic, the consequences of it, and the ability to of measure. Take for example the use of magic for healing. If magic can injure people, and heal them, why would the concept of healing be of any value.

Another example would be the use of Time manipulation magic, a common trope, in a world without a sense of time. If you were able to speed up, slow down, or halt time, why would you? What value does this hold? What cost does this come at?

**What does it ultimately mean?**

In the end, the absence of a sense of time removes value from all things, the idea of cost, consequence, and actions become nullified. This isn't to say that things cannot happen, but why would they?

I can only see "magical actions" in such a world to be inconsequential.
