Why do medical students have these new fancy ways to learn and we don’t ?

Ok I just saw a tiktok of a medical student using this new app called Photomath + , it’s insane . Basically it’s an app you point your phone camera at your notes/textbook and it auto summarizes them in 5 minutes and you can literally just read the summary and skip reading the book . Also it can auto generate flashcards from the text you pointed the camera at for you . And auto generate practice questions in the form of a quiz . I’m not sure if this app is well known in education world . But I wish we had more apps like this for us to auto generate assets for kids . Because I do love making my own flashcards and practice questions for them but it takes so much time for me .
