AITA for not paying rent anymore since I basically pay for everything in the house?

I (22M) live in a 3 bedroom house with my brother (23M) and his girlfriend (23F) and my mom (50F). My mom has a good paying job but she is not the best with money so I pay for basic needs like food, electricity, water, and stuff like that. I also do the cooking for my mom because she doesn't have the time and my brother and his girlfriend don't know how to. As for my brother, he is jobless but working on starting his own business. He doesn't have any money so his girlfriend supports him. I don't mind paying for basic needs for them, except for my brother and his girlfriend. They never contribute, even though the girlfriend has a good paying job and should be supporting my brother since he's trying to start his own business. They always say they don't have money which is bs. They never babysit my mom or help her with anything. They just live free without lifting a finger.

My mom told me I have to start paying rent. I was a little confused on why I had to pay when I pay for most of the stuff and I don't see why I should pay them when I've been paying for everything. They were really upset by it and told me that I have to pay or I have to leave. I told them I'm fine with leaving and that I'll go stay with friends until I find a new place. They said I have no right to do that especially since my mom has been paying for my school since I graduated high school. I told them I'd gladly go into debt and pay for my tuition instead of stay in a house where I'm expected to pay for everything, yet I have to pay them rent.

I am going to go stay with a friend and see if I can find a new place. I don't think I'm the AH here but I do agree asking for rent makes sense, but the thing that makes it an issue is that I pay for basically everything already.
