I met someone who claimed to be the devil...and I think I might believe him

One rainy night, some girl I’d never met messaged me out of nowhere on Facebook and asked if I could give her a ride home. It was around 10:30 PM, and I wasn’t doing anything so I agreed. I rode my bike to our agreed meeting spot, at a local cafe, and she texted me saying she was working on a paper.

That was only like 20 minutes ago, but it felt like she had been talking forever.

She was taking a statistics class, and needed help on some problem she was working on for the homework. I looked at it and honestly it was something I hadn’t seen since I was a freshman. I didn’t remember much of it, and she was getting pissed at me that I didn’t know how to do it.

“Well isn’t that what your teacher is for?” I asked.

“No. I’m just going to give you the answers, I figure since I’m giving you a ride and all.”

“Yeah, no problem. Thanks.”

“Not a problem.”

Then she smiled and leaned in close and whispered “You know, I really like you.”

“Really?”

“Yes.”

“Well if you like me that much, why don’t we take a little detour before you drop me off?”

“Detour? What did you have in mind?”

“I don’t know. Do you have any ideas?”

“Well what did you have in mind?”

We had gotten away from the math at that point and were still at the small table. We were talking in hushed tones and she had leaned in close to me as we talked, her face just a few inches from mine.

“Well I don’t know. I’m not really that kind of girl.”

“Oh? Well what kind of girl are you?”

We had gotten to the point where we were both leaning in, our faces were right next to each other’s and it was to the point where I could feel her warm breath on my face as she talked.

“I told you. I’m not that kind of girl.”

“Well, I don’t know about that. It kind of seemed like you were. Plus I already blew you off once.”

“Yeah, that was bad. You think I’ll let you live that down?”

“I hope not.”

She leaned in the rest of the way and kissed me, and I could feel her warm lips on mine. I pulled back slightly and looked at her, and smiled.

“Yeah. Maybe you are that kind of girl after all.”

“Maybe I am.”

She leaned in and kissed me again, this time much more passionately than the first kiss. I pulled her in with my arms and held her to me as she kissed me, her warm lips moving up and down as she licked mine and then sucked on them.

“I think we should take that detour.”

“I think that’s a good idea.”

We both stood up from our chairs at the table, and she smiled as I held her hand and dragged her out of the coffee shop.
