Second day in a row that my bladder is full of urine. I'm getting very uncomfortable.

This is ridiculous. I've been in the bathroom for 30 minutes and still can't pee. I've cried and I've screamed and nothing yet. Could I have anything? I've been sitting for 30 minutes now. I have to pee in the morning, not at night like this.
