What are some interesting questions to ask your parents about themselves or their past?

I recently asked my mother what was the very first impression she had of my father, and she told me about how she found him annoying in the beginning because he was really socially awkward, yet she said she was intrigued by his awkwardness and loved talking to him. She told the story with a big smile on her face and said she’s glad that it all worked out in the end and that they’re still together after 30 years. I was really touched by that story and felt a deep gratitude for my existence, and I’m wondering what other questions I could ask my parents about their past to make them bond to me more and to better understand who they are. Please give me suggestions.
