Why don't parents give us plastic surgery?

When we were kids our parents didn't give us plastic surgery to correct our deformities, they just let us continue to be deformed and live a life of loneliness. It is reasonable to expect that most parents would want their sons to have a fulfilling life like most normies, but most of them don't give a shit so it makes you feel like they're truly failures.
