Google should have let Bard die

Google's Gemini AI is what people want. Least competitive, low margin product out of Google's whole portfolio and the one that everyone wants. If they had let Bard die, and instead pushed Gemini, the narrative would be a lot different when it comes to AGI. Least competitive, low margin product also means it's the least likely to be integrated into people's lives in ways that we should not want it to be integrated. Google could have avoided the mess of Bard that they are currently in by just going for the win with Gemini.
