I [23F] need help getting over ex who cheated on me with my best friend [23F].

I've been stuck in a rut and angry for months after catching my ex with my best friend.<br><br>This is a throwaway account but I need help at this point I guess. I've dabbled in therapy but never seemed to make any progress. I'm hoping some nice people will be able to give me advice. <br>I have no idea where to start at this point and this will be all over the place so I apologize in advance.<br><br>I have no idea where to start but basically I had a boyfriend I was in a relationship for 3 years that I loved more than anything. I had a best friend that I've been friends with for years who I considered to be my sister. I had a great career going and a nice little house in a safe neighborhood. <br><br>Well one day my boyfriend cheated on me and I caught him and dumped him. A few months later I find out my best friend was the other person. She was also my maid of honor and was going to be my best woman if I ever got married. <br><br>I'm so angry all the time and haven't been able to get over this at all. I took my cheating ex back briefly but I ended up dumping him again. That only made things worse. <br><br>I ended up getting a transfer to a different city for work because I couldn't stay in the same area after that. I couldn't look at either of them without getting angry. I ended up telling my ex's parents and siblings that he cheated on me and I got a lot of backlash from them for doing that. They blamed me for dumping him and said I shouldn't drag him thru the mud like that because I was the one who broke up with him. They also said I should've kept it private.<br><br>I've had such a hard time trusting anyone after this. I have a hard time concentrating at work in a high stress job. I've been very standoffish and don't really let anyone in or date at all. I took up boxing and kickboxing but doesn't seem to really help. <br><br>I'm so angry all the time. I just want to move on but can't seem to. How do I move past this?<br><br>Tl;DR I need advice how to move past my ex and best friend cheating on me.
