How would you handle an incident where a student posted on social media saying I was a pedophile?

A student posted on Snapchat this week saying I was a pedophile and was touching them inappropriately. I am a male teacher. I don’t want to give the details of the post but they posted some pretty graphic details of what they thought happened. And they posted this all over their Snapchat this week. I have now been getting notifications from worried parents about the post and the administration kind of got wind of it. But I’m still wondering how worried I should be about this. I work in a kind of low income school and I have no clue what the protocol is for something like this but this kind of worried me. How would I go about handling this? Any advice would be helpful.
