Why do people still go on this board?

This place is dead because Facebook and Twitter stole its core element of people being able to use their phones to post. Soon as that happened this place became a bunch of low effort garbage. Soon as I saw Facebook and Twitter all I could think of was "This is going to be bad for /b/". Why in 2017 do some of you not know that /b/ is dead?
