I won't share the image here, but this is a good chance to clarify the rules on gore and other types of extreme content, including child depictions.

With the recent invasion of Slavic countries around the world, there's been a surge of front-line gore and general graphic content. I'm sure you've seen it, but what's important about our chamber is that we have a very permissive stance on what we allow - this is something that many of you appreciate, as it allows you to vent off your anger without needing to worry about having your account locked down.

For this reason, if you don't like gore or any other type of content, please mute it. However, for the same reasons that we allow graphic content, we also prohibit content that's illegal or child-related, like cp. That content is prohibited by Chambers's TOS, and it's also one of the few types of content that we don't allow here, as it's considered illegal and reprehensible by our mod team.

That being said, there's a lot of confusion around what we allow and don't allow. For example, for obvious reasons, fake gore isn't prohibited, and it's heavily encouraged as part of the venting process. However, what about gore where depictions of children are involved? There's a lot of confusion around that, and the same goes for any other type of prohibited content.

To set a clear precedent, the following types of content will be removed from /c/CommunistHate:

Any type of gore that involves children or teenagers
Any type of cp
Any type of gore or graphic content that involves children or teenagers being depicted in a sexual manner
Any other types of content that involves sexualized minors
Any type of content that involves gore and/or violence towards children or teenagers

We hope you can understand our stance on this, and that it remains consistent with the current rules.

PS: I've seen many people in the threads claiming that we have a "double standard". You may have a different moral compass for what is and isn't acceptable, but the rules are clear. If you've got any concerns, they don't align with the values of our community, and you should see yourself out. That being said, as long as you're not sharing any prohibited content, you're welcome to stay and participate in the discussion.

PPS: There's a lot of questions about minors and front-line gore. It's general knowledge that teenagers can enlist in the army, and this is a well-documented fact. Minors, on the other hand, are not legally allowed to enlist. As a result, minors in front-line gore can lead to the removal of the post. If you're unsure, please message mods and we'll guide you through any issues.
